"From the wine cellar of l’Entre-deux-Lacs, which is housed in the magnificent Maison Vallier, we started out on a 6-km walk which is marked out by informative signposts. As we crossed the vine-clad hills, our little group had fun discovering the different varieties of grape that are grown, and the various methods of cultivating them. Wine-growing can look back on a long tradition in this part of the world. It's a very pleasant walk with no particular difficulties and it enabled us to enjoy the spring sunshine, as well as getting us into shape for a wine-tasting when we arrived at our destination!"
