"It starts gently with a ride in a chair lift, giving us a chance to admire the Val-de-Travers landscape. At the top, we`re given a scooter with fantastic suspension and disk brakes, nothing to make excuses about, and we`re off. There are three courses: one easy, one harder and one technical one, everyone’s free to test their own limits. If you want to enjoy some Katon ham roësti, the ride down to Buttes afterwards will help you digest. If you`re really good at it, you can even stop for a special Val-de-Travers refuel at one of the magic fountains"
