"A touch on the pedal, the battery starts up and I'm propelled several meters forward. Wow - this is a fantastic way to travel! We'd decided to ride from Neuchâtel to Gampelen, but at this speed, we'll go as far as Murten. Set the speed to high and you can get up to 25 km/h on the clock. Well, it might be a good idea to save the battery a bit and stretch the muscles in our legs. I turn the speed down to low, it's a really pleasant ride and we chug along with the wind in our hair. When a slope appears on horizon, no problem: I ask the battery for a little extra help. We're in high spirits when we reach Morat - and we're not even tired!"
